A friendly day to follow the cows and our farmers in their summer home: the mountain pastures.

It is a friendly day of hiking up to the pastures. About fifty Tarentaise and Abondance cows will join their summer home supervised by the farmers and by the participants in this event.

To participate, the Tourist office gives you an appointment at "Les Chambons" intersection around 9.30am.
Pack everything you need for a hike of around 2.5 hours uphill (400 meters of elevation gain) to the Ornon pass.
On arrival: short drink and picnic from the bag.
Descent whenever you want.
