For all bookings for older children for skiing + nursery, please book via the ESF website, using the specific skiing + nursery packages (https://www.esf-saintjeandarves.fr/).
NEW:
This winter we will be operating as a micro-nursery; places are limited, so please book as soon as possible.
When making a booking request, please always provide:
The child’s full name and date of birth.
Next:
- Send the registration form by email (lescherubins73@orange.fr)
- Attach a copy of the child’s vaccination records
- And a medical certificate confirming the child is fit for group care, issued within the last 2 months.
Information regarding the multi-care centre’s operations:
- Capacity: 12 children (including local children and holidaymakers’ children)
- Age range of children cared for: from 3 months to 5 years inclusive (up to the first month of their 6th birthday)
- The centre is open all year round
- Holiday children are cared for from 8.30 am to 5 pm at the latest in winter, and children on local contracts from 8 am to 5.45 pm.
The following care options are available:
- Half-day: mornings (from 8.30 am to 11.45 am) or afternoons (from 1.30 pm to 5 pm) at 25 euros
- Full day: from 8.30 am to 5 pm at 50 euros.
- Half-day (morning + lunch): 8.30 am to 1 pm for 40 euros.
Parents must provide their own nappies and meals. The centre does NOT provide ANY meals.
All belongings must be clearly labelled with the child’s first name and surname, including lunch boxes.
Please provide comfortable clothes for indoors and suitable outdoor clothing.
The child’s health record or a medical certificate confirming that their vaccinations are up to date, signed and stamped by a doctor, is compulsory and must be presented on the first day of care (no refund will be issued if this is forgotten).
A certificate of fitness for group care, issued within the last two months, is also compulsory.
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure transaction.
For any bookings made on site, subject to availability, payment is also made on this website under ‘last-minute bookings’, following confirmation by the manager.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests will be refunded provided the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the first day of childcare.
In the event of illness, there is a 3-day waiting period; a medical certificate must be presented before a refund can be issued.
Refunds are available in the event of a personal emergency, such as hospitalisation or the death of a close relative, upon presentation of supporting documentation (please contact the childcare centre directly).
