Ranked appartement for 6 persons, possibility of 8 beds, with balcony facing Aiguilles d'Arves, located at the bottom of the slopes and in the heart of the resort of La Chal.

On the 3rd floor of a big chalet, the appartement of 47m² (60m² on the floor with an attic part) is composed of 3 main rooms.
- A big living room with kitchen and meals area and a lounge area. Through the French window, overlooking a south-facing balcony, you will discover a mignificient panorama on the Aiguilles d'Arves, just in front of the appartement. You will have a direct view on the snow front with the new 6 places chairlift : "Le Charvin Express".
The lounge area has a roof window overlooking the top of the resort. It is equipped with a sofa bed and with a flt screen TV.
- One bedroom partly attic with a velux window and a 140cm double bed (mattress of 25cm) for 2 persons.
- The 2nd bedroom partly attic too with a velux window, a 140 cm double bed (mattress of 25cm) and 2 bunked beds.
Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower , seperated toilets and plenty of storage in the different rooms.

Household equipement : dishwasher, electric plates, an oven, fridge /freezer, microwave-oven, coffee machine, and an electric boiler, fondue machine, hoover and iron.

Individual ski locker ont he groundfloor, in the chalet.
