Located in Saint Jean d'Arves, in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" area, 310 km of slopes, the largest ski area in Maurienne and 4th in France.

Access by car (about 2 km) for the bottom of the slopes and the shops.
Parking is possible on site. Ski room.

This accommodation has, on the top floor of a large room with living room, dining room, kitchen, a toilet and a large balcony.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 3 independent toilets:
Bedroom 1: 2 people - 1 bed of 160
Bedroom 2: 2 people - 1 bed of 160 overlooking a south-facing balcony
Bedroom 3: 4 people - 1 bed of 160 and 1 bunk bed of 80.
Bedroom 4: 6 people - 2 single 80 cm twin beds and 2 80 cm bunk beds.

On the ground floor, a small ski room with laundry room, washing machine and dryer.
