This chalet has a terrace of 50m2 and a porch. Very close from the ski runs. 500 meters from the resort centers, stores.

At the foot of the Mount Charvin, situated in the hamlet of tLe Collet in St. Jean d'Arves,
From this charming chalet, an exceptional view on the surrounding mountains, the ski runs and resort.
Situated at 50 meters from the blueski run "le lièvre" (return slope to the snow front) and at 500 meters from the resort center La Chal by a pedestrian shortcut trail (covered with snow in winter).
At the departure of the hiking trails in summer and in witnter the slopes of La Chal are linked to the Sybelles ski area with Le Corbier resort.
The Chalet is located at 10km from Le Col de la Croix de Fer, famous pass of the cycle race Le Tour de France.

Other equipments: private parking ( 2 cars maxi), large terrace, porch.
