Cozy 3-room 49m² apartment with a balcony, offering direct access to the slopes in a residence featuring a heated pool and sauna, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Facing south, with a view on the "Aiguilles d’Arves", with direct access to the magnificent Sybelles ski area (310 km of slopes). All shops are right at the foot of the chalet.
In the center of La Chal, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the apartment features a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included; south-facing covered balcony
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with a smart TV, a sofa with a chaise longue, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a raclette machine
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) with new bedding and a TV; one faces south toward Les Aiguilles, the other faces north
- A sleeping area with bunk beds (sleeps 2; the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) in the entryway,
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A 6 m² southeast-facing balcony to enjoy the view of the Aiguilles d’Arves, with a small outdoor table and 6 chairs
- A large private ski locker

The residence offers a swimming pool (heated and free) and a sauna, open during the winter season as well as in July and August. Hours: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Renovation work is currently underway; they will reopen in January 2027
The apartment is ideally located right in the center of La Chal - Saint Jean d’Arves. It’s right next to the slopes and chairlifts (50 m away); depending on snow conditions, you can start and end your day skiing right from the doorstep. Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private parking lot (one reserved, unnumbered space).

- Nearest TGV station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, 30 min away (20 km)
- Nearest airport: Chambéry, 1 hour 20 min away (100 km)
