The balcony faces due south, with a magnificent panorama (Pic de l'Etendard, Aiguilles d'Arves & Col de la Croix de Fer).
Fully equipped, you'll feel right at home: washing machine, dishwasher, bath, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, canister vacuum + irobot, Nespresso, tea special, connected TV, DVD player with DVDs for all the family, plancha, raclette machine, fondue/wok machine, food processor, outdoor table + chairs, cot, baby high chair, etc. Bed linen and towels available.

Sleeps up to 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds,
- 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single mezzanine bed,
- 1 comfortable ‘real’ sofa bed.

You'll be close to all amenities in a quiet, cosy environment: mini-market, bakery, restaurants, shops, nursery, etc. Numerous activities are available: bowling, cinema, disco.

Pets welcome. Individual covered car park. The flat is rated 3 stars (tourist office/commune of Saint Jean d'Arves).
