Saint Jean d'Arves is part of the Sybelles ski area (310 km of slopes, 74 ski lifts). It is also an authentic Savoyard village, a family and friendly resort.
The residence is made up of several wooden chalets, you can have free access to the heated swimming pool, hammam or sauna.
The comfortable and spacious apartment in a south-facing chalet. The balcony terrace offers a magnificent 180° view without being overlooked.
The 3-room apartment of 43 m² with direct exterior entrance includes: a kitchen equipped out onto a large living room (with tables, low sideboard, 5-seater sofa), a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed on the mezzanine, a travel cot, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an entrance with a large wardrobe, a ski locker and a balcony with tables, chairs, deck chairs, coffee table and parasol.
It is equipped with: induction hob, classic oven, grill microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette grill, vacuum cleaner, 120 cm large screen LED television, booster chair and numerous kitchen and serving facilities. Wifi is available with subscription.
A free parking space is reserved for you at the foot of the chalet.

WINTER ACTIVITIES:
You can practice the following winter activities: downhill skiing, touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, quad biking, snowmobiles, bowling... Access to the snow front is in less than 5 minutes by free shuttle at the foot of the chalet or by car without parking problems.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES:
Leave the apartment for hikes on foot or by mountain bike, e-bike (rental possible), on the road climb the legendary passes (Galibier, Croix de Fer, Lautaret, trail de l'Étendard), go hiking equestrian, or swimming, canyoning, fishing, take advantage of the places to discover mountaineering, climbing, Via Ferrata, tree climbing, paragliding, ULM, karting with sled dogs, paintball, laser game, archery game, photo course, mini quad , mountainboard, trampojump, children's play area, bowling, tennis, archery, mini-golf, pétanque, cinema, disco, restaurants...
