His grandmother was passionate with medecinal plants and she passed it on to Emmanuel, who made a living out of it. He welcomes you into his plants workshop : Les Infusions des Arves.

Decoctions, infusions... These plants are the result of certified organic farming and harvesting. Lemon balm, nettle, wormwood, hawthorn, peppermint... Discover the flavors and virtues of these wild plants that grow in the Arves mountains at different altitudes.

Tasting and discovery of the workshop and plant drying room during guided tours during summer. Upon request outside the summer season.

Direct and mail order sales. Infusions des Arves is present at markets during the tourist season.
