The Défi Glisse is a fun sporting event that encourages participants to push themselves through a series of challenges based on balance, agility and cooperation.
Using a variety of sliding equipment, teams or players navigate a course of challenges combining skill, speed and strategy.

Accessible to all, the Défi Glisse promotes teamwork, mutual support and pushing oneself to new heights in a friendly and safe environment.
Laughter, thrills and good-natured competition are guaranteed, making this activity ideal for sporting and recreational events.
