The Buffettes snowshoe loop

AA route that winds through the snowy forest before reaching a plateau with an unobstructed view of Mount Charvin and the hamlets of Saint Jean d'Arves. Duration : 2h45
From Les Chambons, walk up the main street for 300 meters, then turn left onto a track leading to a clearing. Turn left to follow the edge of the clearing, then turn right onto the track. At Les Enversins, take the small track opposite, which leads into a field. Cross the field and rejoin the road. Take the road to the right to reach La Ville, then turn right onto the path that leads to Les Buffettes. From there, take the track to the right, which descends back to Les Enversins, then turn left to return to Les Chambons.
The Chambons side was once equipped with several ski lifts that were in operation until the end of the 90s.
